      If you do not wish to complete the enrollment form online, please download the form below, as well as have the following documents ready for your interview:

      You will need to please bring the following with to your interview: 

      • The signed Financial Clearance form from your child’s current/previous school.
      • Two passport size, colour photos of the child.

      As well as copies of the following documentation:

      • The child’s Birth Certificate.
      • The child’s immunisation/clinic card.
      • The mother and father’s IDs
      • The mother and father’s Salary Advice (not older than 3 months) 
      • Proof of Residence.
      • Medical Aid Card.
