Admissions and Application Process

Thank you for your interest in enroling your child at Clivia Pre-Primary School.

At Clivia Pre-Primary School, every morning is an open morning and we encourage parents to come along to the school in order to be shown around before you start your application process. 

However, you are welcome to apply online and hand deliver the hard copies and all the required documentation when you come for your interview.

In order to make your online Admission Process a smooth one, please follow the steps below: 

Application Process

Step 1

Apply and Enroll ONLINE.

OR download the forms below, fill in and hand deliver to the school.

Step 2

Pay R200 (non-refundable) application fee. Use child’s first name and surname, as  reference and email proof of payment.

Step 3

Print the Financial Clearance and have it completed and signed by your child’s current / previous school.

Step 4

Await call from school to schedule an interview. Have necessary documents ready to bring with you.

FINANCIAL CLEARANCE

On receiving the above, you will be contacted by Lynley Westwood, our School Secretary, to arrange a suitable time for both parents to meet with the principal. You are welcome to bring your child with to play with the children and interact with the teachers during your interview.

You will need to please bring the following with to your interview: 

  • The signed Financial Clearance form from your child’s current/previous school.
  • Two passport size, colour photos of the child.

As well as copies of the following documentation:

  • The child’s Birth Certificate.
  • The child’s immunisation/clinic card.
  • The mother and father’s IDs
  • The mother and father’s Salary Advice (not older than 3 months) 
  • Proof of Residence.
  • Medical Aid Card.
